Q: If I have two twins with these headboards and push them together to try to make a king, will they be flush against each other or is there a gap?
A: I have a standard adjustable frame from Costco set up for twin size and I did bolt the headboard to the frame. The outside edges of the wooden legs are flush with the outside edges of the frame. The headboard juts out about a finger width more from the outside edges of the legs. I guess it will not work out if you bolted two headboards on two twin frames
